148ish .... 3.5yo of course Going to have to disagree on the age  as this is the fourth year I have been able to watch this buck. He wasnt a gleam in his daddy's eye when I first saw him.

Neither of these bucks is 4.5. The first one is at least 7.5 and the second one was 5.5. The two pics on the second one where taken in mid August.

those 2 look similar.. you have any more deer with unique throat patches like that big 8 last year? Not quite like that one from last year. I have one I have been watching for the past two years that had two very distinct throat patches but I have yet to get a pic of him this year. He is a wide sucker and her will probably on the hit list if he shows up this year.

I;ve been leaving a doe alone that looks almost solid throat patch down her neck hoping she'll produce something with similar coloration...so far, nada.
