So you can plant sunflower and milo for doves and shred it and hunt it? Even with absolutely no intention of normal agricultural practice. Why is this so common and advertised by outfitters and not a direct violation? Seems pretty clear in the book. If the same thing was done for ducks they would be shutdown.

Planting food and manipulating it in the same year...is baiting. Why does TPWD not care?

Feds are pretty clear what is legal for dove. Almost anything goes besides throwing seed on the ground a week before the season. You can plant anything you want as a wildlife food plot and manipulate anyway you want for dove. It's in the books below.

Because rich men that are elected to high places like to drink scotch and shoot dove and have it come easy. Duck gunning is to cold for topless drink girls flown in from Acuna
