I always use Kimble Processing out of Junction. They just got a new internet based tracking system for orders and email notifications when your meat's ready and invoice. Good people! Good MEAT

There is a deer processing place on HWY 29 just half mile or so east of the county jail in Burnet. I don't know the name, but I was wondering if anyone has used them or knows of their reputation?

Just got my order back from Willie Carter's Processing in Mason. Clean place, good people, reasonable prices, and great product.

I have seen it but know nothing about it or reputation. I will check with some of my friends who still live in Burnet to see if they know them.

Hey guys, haven't used a processor in a long time. What's the average price and length of time for just straight deer processing? Thanks in advance

I've been getting my back within a week during this bow season. Base price for butchering is around $90. Additional price per pound for sausage varies.

If you are around the possum kingdom lake area there is a great place to take your deer or hogs in Graford called J&J deer processing. I have been taking my deer there for years and they always do such a good job.

Midway Deer Processing in Katy Texas! No doubt I am going to vote for Midway. These guys are great. The jalapeno/cheese deer sausage is a staple in my families diet! Haha!!! Plus, they are on my way home from South Texas, so it works out great.
