Mathews hands down find you a switchback or z7

Mathews are HIGHLY over rated. More hype than anything else I take it you don't shoot one. You will hear all kinds of stuff about different bows. I've shot Mathews since the 90's and here this and that about all different bows. I have shot several different brands during the 90's as back ups or playing around. PSE, Hoyt, HCA. All good bows, just didn't like them as much. I did shoot a Bow Tech this week and really nice bow, but again, just didn't tickle my fancy.

A Switchback XT and a Z7. And IMO, their quality dropped dramatically since they got away from their Switchback, DXT and Drenalin line of bows. Those 3 lines were some of the best out of all manufacturers on the market. I was shooting my Switchback XT out to 120 yards with a Black Gold Ascent sight and Gold Tip Pro 22s.

IMO Mathews is the best...friend of mine had a Mathews that was 5 yrs out of warranty and he called Mathews and they still took care of him.. He dropped his bow out of the stand and messed up a cam... Even though it was his fault they fixed it!,

I've been wanting the best of the best for years now. Due to economic concerns, I still shoot my old Bear Vapor 300. My Brother-in-law shoots the exact same bow. (we got a deal on two) It does not have the best balance, nor is it the quietest, nor the smoothest. None of the deer or hogs have seemend to notice that my bow is almost 10 years old, and did not cost me $1000.

It comes down to if your a single cam guy or a dual cam guy, and how you prefer you valley and backwall. If your a dual cam guy...ya your not going to be a Mathews fan, If your a single cam guy then ya your not going to be a elite, Hoyt, strothers or bowtech fan 2each their own

There is no BEST for every one. Any bow over 50lbs that feels good to the shooter and they shoot it well will work. I get the itch for a new bow sometimes but my 15 year old Browning Mirage still shoots good, is quite and works for me.
Like someone stated if you are still growing one that can grow with you in draw length would be a good idea.

I love my Mission!! Great bow for the price. Have the endeavor and love it very quiet and accurate only $400 pulling 60lbs and boy can it fling arrows down range!
