P226 Equinox with .357 Sig barrel or Stainless hammerless Taurus 605 in .357 mag.
No mountain lion sightings or hogs on my lease yet but still dont feel right with only a bow walking in before light.

I always carry when legal to do so. That includes while hunting.
Currently a Glock 22 but thinking about getting a G 20 just to carry while on the lease.

You guys without CHL's make sure you don't get caught carrying a firearm while bow hunting during the bow only season. It's illegal. Also, the guys with CHL's need to make sure it's concealed too.

When hunting in TX, I carry my S&W 357 but, when I go to MT I'll have my 454 Casull. The 454, is my bear repelant...

I am only 15 so I can't get a CHL so I only carry during regular season but as soon as I'm 21 I'll go to the first class I can find nearby.

However you still carry a big knife.....it better than nothing.

When I'm hunting or just messing around on the river I always carry a bowie knife that im guessing is 17 inches long total.
