I've had cattle pay no attention for years, then suddenly trample and destroy one that had been up for only a day. If it is set up in an area that is frequented by cattle, then you are on trouble. If it is in an area where the cattle do not normally hang out then you should be fine.

The ones on my place like to rip out the shoot thru mesh that covers the winow openings. I dont care because I dont use the mesh anyways. So far so good that they havent destroyed any of mine.

um yeah, they will definitely stomp it, eat it, sit on it and whatever else... I would not leave it where they can get to it, unless you are planning on an excuse to replace it

I lost over a thousand dollars worth of pop-ups to cows, they chewed them up like bubble gum, from now on it's nothing but brush blinds.

This. I use a ground blind and leave it out the all year. Pick it up at the end of the year. They typically last a couple years. I've never had an issue with cows messing with my pop up. At the same time, I've always brushed it in really well all over and made some type of barrier around it so that the cows would really have to work to get to it.

One of the guys on our lease left one out with some brush around it.......cows didn't seem to bother it!

popup's are like candy to cows on our lease. These are the same cows that chew / eat the asfault the road. Oh, and don't let them think they are stuck between the legs on your feeder. They will freak out and within seconds it will be on the ground. We need to start a "things you have seen a cow eat" thread on here. Bet you would be amazed...

I have not had any trouble with cows tearing anything up, of course they are nosey and check it out but usually move along. Now a coon, that is another story. If they get in and can't find the door out, you will have a shredded tent.
