Only 2 on the 584 and 6 total on the 3,300. The 3,300 is a premium piece of hunting ground and the 584 is pretty good as well.

$4,500 for 2 hunters and you can take one guest and they can shoot 1 mgt buck or a doe. Hall Co. is a one buck county but you also have Mule deer as well. No Mule Deer doe.

It is 3,300 acres and the cost is $ 3,400 and there are three spots open.

There will only be six guns on this 3,300 acres. Very little pressure around it. 70-75% Whitetail, the balance is Muleys. Only three spots left. This is just on the edge of the Canyon lands and is a premium lease. It has not had a leased gun on it since at least 1988.

Somebody should prolly check this out.

I am looking for a place for my family .

I still have 2 or 3 spots open on the 3,300 acre ranch at Turkey depending upon what your needs are. The balance of the six spots are filled by experienced, management minded hunters and all around good people that I know personally who also have another 4,000 acre lease at Crowell. They looked at this ranch and liked it so well that they decide to add it this year. It is right on the edge of the canyon lands and has not had a leased gun on it since at least 1988, so it should produce some outstanding deer this year. There is a large lake and more than a dozen water tanks served by municipal water all over the ranch. The roads are excellent and will not require ATVs although you will need 4 wheel drive in the wet due to the steepness of some of the hills. The terrain has a lot of feature and won't require a lot of elevation to hunt. I have been at this for 40 years and this is the best looking piece of hunting ground I have seen. I have pictures and a Google Earth screen shot that I can share if you will PM me an email. Also, feel free to call me at 214.288.2878 day or evening and I will answer any questions you may have. I will be out there this weekend and will be avaiable to show the ranch if you want to see it. If you see it, you will jump on it!

I'm still looking for a few guns for my lease at Turkey. The season is right around the corner and the conditions ar egoing to be very good for a great season. I will say again, this is a premium piece of hunting ground that hasn't been hunted in almost 25 years. Only 6-7 guns on 3,330 acres makes for a great situation.
