Just read your problem. I do predator control in Texas. Most of the trappers don't or cant do summer time work. Alot of them are just fur trappers and not control minded. It not thier fault just get it stuck in their heads that summer time don't work. Well look at predator-solutions on Fb and check out predator solutions online and I guarnatee it works. First off calling is tough and is often abused. Saying that it is gonna ruffle some feathers but its the truth. Tip 1 Call early in the morning Cause they don't do much running around in the heat. Night calling Only educates your coyotes and makes them call smart. For everyone called in and shot 20 got away. Tip 2 Call with pup sounds in the summer. The female forgets she is a coyote and turns into a wary mom. If her kids cries she WILL come check on it. BE Ready Shotgun in cover is the best. Tip 3 locate your coyotes Early with a locator call. Before daylight listen for them and set up close. They tend to not wanna travel very far. Hope this helps and any questions you have feel free to ask. Daryl Cook Predator-soltions.
