Great pics sniper

No kayak. We are calf deep in water. I shot it with a bow after waiting on it like a heron. Brought my son up to bring me the gun and pull the line in so I could finish it. The SMLE is a .410 musket. They were used by the Indian police during British occupation, but I just call it my "gator gun". Pictures from above taken from a bridge.

According to the narrator of the show, that would be an "800 pound beast". Then he would have reassured us that had the swamp monster not been killed, every frog in a 3.5' radius would have been in imminent danger. Thanks to your natural tracking abilities, quick reflex's and sniper shooting skills, the fragile ecosystem will remain in balance.

Naw not me. I am just an old sport hunter. Not what your looking for. Besides I am 9 weeks into recovering from a flesh eating disease to my leg. I need to stay home, finish healing, rehab, and get back to the firehouse. Hopefully by next month.

My son and I have been filmed before. My son was on the first ever public youth alligator hunt in Texas. Because I was an experienced hunter, a Houston news crew and a TPWD film crew followed us around in airboats. TPWD used it to make some gator hunting promo clip for TV. Those cameras in our faces were annoying as can be. I did not like it. My son thought it was cool though.

I couldnt help but laugh out loud while sitting at my desk, when the office was dead quiet. They overdue the whole weight thing for sure!!! 5' gator = 600lbs......NOT!!!

They over state the weight on the gators all of the time and then on the episode where Tommy is helping round up cattle after the storm they show a big ol 900 lb Braford cow and say it is a "500 pound beast"
