I sold my HK USP .40, and miss it all the time. They shoot great, are well made, and I loved the trigger. (DA/SA is great if you take the time to practice). The only negative point I ever had was that it is a real big gun.

I have the H&K USP .40 and also have it in the compact. I have the USP Compact in .45 and have the P30 in both 9mm and .40 AND have the P2000SK in 9mm.
I love H&K, you'll never own a more reliable gun. Shoot great, accurate as hell, and are made to put rounds through.
Great job on your purchase!

Had the HK USP 45 for about two weeks. HATED it honestly. Switched to a Para-Ordnance 1911a2 45 and never looked back. 14+1 in 45 is no slouch. Hope you like yours though. Keep shooting

Got a USP .45 in June of '95 from Noble Firearms for a graduation gift. Hardly ever shoot it but it'll never leave my collection.

Keep shooting I have this pistol too and have to agree with you that the Para is freaking awesome. I love that it is a high capacity .45 in a 1911!!! PERFECTION!!

I did some govt. training with one a few years ago. Shot 1000 rounds through it over 3 days without cleaning. Not one jam. I would take one any day.
