Peoria Texas which sits halfway between Hillsboro and Whitney. Little building next to bait shop and you will not find a better Hamburger ANYWHERE....... This place that danny is talking about is pretty dang good..... A Little Taste of Sargent has a Burgers that top everything i have ever had!!!! I work in the area and stop by every few weeks. Its called the Burger Shack. Hole in the wall is UNDERSTATEMENT of the year, but damn good. But for BEST....see my above suggestion.

I hope you already ate some of the onion rings, because that meal would be a disapointment from the get go before I took a bite of the burger if you only give me 6 onion rings.
It's hell eatin em live

Whataburger in Gainesville, FL closed its 2 shops....burgers were a waste of time. So, now we have "5 Guys", which is incredibly overpriced and very ordinary.

Well the hamburger was invented in Athens TX so obviously the best burger comes from here... at Burger barn on hwy 59 just 5 miles south of town....the guy that runs the barn is a A$$ but like his sign says do you want a good burger or a friendly cook. Burger Barn in Eustace has a good burger AND a friendly cook. And no, I'm not the mayor.

Is the Navahoe Grocery the Texaco on Navaho Trail @ 820? I think that is the location of the Original Tommy's Hamburgers. Chubby's is hard to beat, especially when you add an order of Chubcaps, the new location is nice also. We go to the Burger Box off of Southwest Boulevard (Texas 183), their burgers are decent. Best cheeseburgers I ever ate were from those little metal storage building looking joints from the 60s and 70s that were all over- at least up in the Panhandle. Chubby's (Camp Bowie-West), Navahoe Grocery (820 in L.Worth), Woodies (Mineral Wells), 7-11 (f.k.a. Skinny's) in Breckenridge, Kincaid's- Camp Bowie!! Mary's- Strawn.....
