Tapout, that's a negative on my part. All phone numbers lead to a busy signal or disconnected message. I did find one guy who retained legal help but the amount it would cost to sue isn't worth the cost of the attorney. It's maddening. I did read one article where the State went after a taxidermist for theft because of the volumn of complaints. Every person either got their item back or got remuneration. I can tell you that opening weekend I'll be at this jerks front door. I can't help but wonder if he's stealing these things because he builds fancy showcases for wealthly clients. Grrr.

I have a number for anyone who has a mount there. Today is 2/9/13. I have reached his nephew who is trying to reach out to everyone and get their trophys back.

Justin (who I believe is a nephew) called me this last Saturday and I got my stuff back too. He said lawsuits are flying, and rightly so. All the capes are ruined but the horns are still there. He told me it's o.k. to give his number out so here it is: 817-204-7710. Be polite to him as this whole thing is not his fault. He was very accommodating in getting my horns back. The short story is once the old man died, the son took over the shop but is drowning himself in alcohol. Sad but still no excuse for the drama and ruined memories.

Bumping this. Just called Justin and he was very respectable. Seems like he's trying to do what's right. Great guy. He's still got the same phone number. 817-204-7710.
