Ive done it once. Pretty fun when the dogs are baying pigs. I went with a guy that runs dogs in Anson, TX in the soybean fields and we got quite a few. We didnt stick them, the ones we killed we cut their throats. Once the dog had hold of it we'd pick up the back legs and throw him over on his side. Then hold him down with a knee and go to town on the throat. Greusume work but it was a blast. The rest we hog tied (no pun intended), marked on a GPS for later retreival then went to find another. It was a lot of fun. Just be careful not to get too close to their mouth!

yeah i love hunting pigs with dogs. we use mainly bull arabs. they are a dog specially bred in australia for pig hunting. they are a greyhound X bullterrier X pointer and some have a bit of mastiff in them. they are a good all round dog, good nose very fast and very hard dogs. most bull arabs are luggers (grab hold of the pigs ear and hold it) this is a pic of a sadle back sow we caught a few weeks ago. the dog in the pic is my dog named Mopar. mopar working off the ute looking for a scent of a pig ![](http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o539/chrissothebigdog/Facebook/Mobile%20Uploads/m_DSCN0633.jpg) i accidently put my pig hunting knife 2 inches into my leg ![](http://i1146.photobucket.com/albums/o539/chrissothebigdog/Facebook/Mobile%20Uploads/422644_3625776808227_1388223167_3628713_583011292_n.jpg)

I've just got a couple dogs that'll bay while I shoot em. Would be one heck of an adrenaline rush running in their with the catch dog and go stab or tie the pig. Looks fun I'd like to give it a try.
