Post that pic of him on your fence where he is cutting it, along with a sign that says "YOU ARE TRESPASSING"... I would also put pics up a the local gas stations.

Print the pictures and take them to the sheriff and local High School with a reward for his ID so you can recover the cost of fence repair and/or press charges. Maybe even offer a reward.

Cutting a fence is serious. What if some cattle got out and were injured?

so your saying if he wrecks he could sue and own your land. okay, going by that logic what if he wrecks without you doing anything.

say he hits a hole a pig dug out or gets clothes lined by a tree branch. he ends up braking his arm or something maybe gets a concussion. he ends up passing out and cant make it back cause he bleeding too much. he ends up dead.

It has been settled that there is no such thing as Bigfoot, all the evidence points to werefeet instead. Yes, a Werefoot would come in handy in this instance and yes he would put a stop to any foul play. But unless someone wants to fess up and admit to being one, this line of thought will not help the OP.

As a lawyer I had typed a long post but decided against it.

Let me just say that on my property I am not the least bit concerned about anybody trespassing on my property suing me for jack. That includes holes,pits,snakes,bulls,whatever...

But I might be if I set all these "death traps" some of you are so ignorantly talking about.
