Anyone know this guy? I've been trying to catch this guy for a while now. I've had the game warden out several times. My fence has been cut 5 times that I know of. I'm passed fed up with it. Any help is greatly appreciated. This place is right on the border of Boyd, Azle, and Springtown school districts.

Just some kid out for a weekend ride, no harm bolt

There seem to be more and more of these lately. It is amazing the lack of respect some folks have and it seems the younger generation is getting even worse.

Hope you find out who it is. Good luck up

Not a very bright 15 year old. How could you pass that and not notice a trail camera? Some people are just stupid.

This boy - probably 13 to 15 yrs old - needs to be told that he is breaking the law and how serious it is.

Hope you can catch him and set him straight. Hopefully his parents will discipline him...hopefully.

So it's a bad thing this boy is trespassing but I throw up a pic of a girl out walking (trespassing) and some of you come on here and talk about her doing no harm? What gives? If you don't have a right to be there then you shouldn't be there. Good luck finding out who this is and putting a stop to it.

I think it sound like a great idea, but you might end up getting sued even thought the kid was breaking the law.

You think if he cuts fences that sign will stop him, I don't. Spike strips is a good idea, put em on his favorite trail, or sit out there one weekend and listen, them little bikes are loud.

5 times having my fence cut would make it plenty serious with me.

I'm hunting a piece of property in Ferris that for years people just went onto without permission to hunt and fish. I've closed all openings to the property, posted signs, run people off and they still trespass. We found a new spot on the fence line that had just been recently cut. It's very frustrating to know that people have zero respect for private property.

As a matter of fact, the land owner was upset when they found hundreds of spent shotgun hulls that the trepassers left behind. Until I spoke with property owners and they understood it wasn't me, things were not looking too good for keeping my lease.

It's posted. I have spoken to the game warden again. This time he told me to turn in a report with the sheriffs office. I have called 2 friends of mine who are sheriff deputies. Waiting on their return call and I'll file a report.

I've called my old ag teachers and numerous other people and neighbors asking if they have seen the kid or bike. I'll be making a trip to the local gas station where this is at and asking them about him. I'm sure that is where he is getting his gas.

The trespassers is exactly how I get to hunt this property. It originally started out as a place to varmint hunt. Then I seen all the signs of poaching and the guy wants me out there all the time trying to put an end to it. It's a free place for me to hunt. But I'm not sure it worth all the crap I'm putting up with. Ah heck, what am I thinking? Sure it worth it. It's FREE for me grin

He said that they cut his fence. A fence is sign enough. See below:

§ 30.05. CRIMINAL TRESPASS. (a) A person commits an offense if he enters or remains on or in property, including an aircraft or other vehicle, of another without effective consent or he enters or remains in a building of another without effective consent and he:
(1) had notice that the entry was forbidden; or
(2) received notice to depart but failed to do so.
(b) For purposes of this section:
(1) "Entry" means the intrusion of the entire body.
(2) "Notice" means:
(A) oral or written communication by the owner or someone with apparent authority to act for the owner;
(B) fencing or other enclosure obviously designed to exclude intruders or to contain livestock;
(C) a sign or signs posted on the property or at the entrance to the building, reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders, indicating that entry is forbidden;
(D) the placement of identifying purple paint marks on trees or posts on the property... (etc, etc)

I agree, trespassing is trespassing regardless of intent. Now intent can be delt with differently depending on each situation. Cutting fences is grounds enough to be shot in my book. Kids have to learn sooner or later their are consquences for their actions.

I hope you catch the guy on the motorcycle.

I've had my fence cut. No, it was an interior wire gap gate. The moron cut it instead of opening it to get his cows back. No one lives on either place and the nephew "managing" the other place avoids me when I see him there.

However, the girl walking around with the camera doesn't get my ire up. She would be encouraged to not make it a habit, but appears harmless and only enjoying the place.

I am the landowner, not lessee...

Several handfulls of roofing nails scattered in the appropriate areas...next to impossible to see and very effective.
