I will give you any bear meat when I take Kacee to shoot one  and the aoudad is beautiful trophy but the meat i wouldn't feed to my dog! So the old adage arises, if you don't eat them why shoot them? [auodad] According to TPWD they are an invasive species that harm our efforts to re-establish the big horn sheep. If we follow their lead we should shot the from helps and let them lay

Have not eaten bear before, but had some GREAT moose burger that a friend of mine in Alaska gave me- LOVED IT!!!
CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE FOR TOMORROW. INVEST IN TOMORROW BY TAKING A CHILD HUNTING OR FISHING TODAY.

I heard moose was good. Native Americans used to love Black Bear meat as well

Bear is good but often high in fat from my experience. Moose IMO is better than elk which is very good
lf the saying "Liar, Liar your pants on fire" were true
Mainstream news might be fun to watch

Moose is EXCELLENT. Black Bear that has not been feeding on fish can be good. No where near Moose, though.
The only thing beter than Moose in my opinion is our Dall Sheep.
Oh,.....Musk Ox is pretty Dang good too!.
and Caribou,....lol.

I had bear meat in tamales once. It's a bit tough, stringy and greasy, which was perfect for tamales.
