Awesome! Years ago I used to fish the river below the dam on Falcon. The fishing was phenomenal. When they would shut down the gates we'd have to drag our boat through a couple of inches of water at times on the rio grande, but the pools that remained were full of fish!

Mike Baird at B&B Taxidermy in NW Houston can take care of you. I have a 10.2 on the wall that they mounted for me.

It was also his best. I gotta go try. They had a great trip with one other over ten and he said tons of 5 and 6's.

Falcon has always been my favorite lake. In the late 80's it was great but nowdays it is even better. I have guy I used to fish it with that is a guide there now. Summers can be great for numbers of big fish also on structure but nothing like right now. Might have to make a trip there soon.

Great fish, and looks like the weather wasn't too windy at least. My dad and his buddies used to drive down to lake Guerrero pulling his Falcon Tiger bass boat, this was in the 70s,sure wouldn't do that today.
