Cooper 52 Classic 6.5-284, Swaro X6 on it now was a 3.5X10 Conquest on it in the pic.

Tbe conquest is now on the Alexander Arms Overwatch upper of this 6.5 Grendel. Still a work in progress, just put a Timney trigger in it Sunday

I'll post up my 2 babies. In the back is my TRG 42 in 300WM. Just 2 weeks ago a new barrel was installed with an APA Fat Bastard brake with no recoil! It's launching 225 grain BTHP at 2804 fps. It wears a Nightforce 5.5-22x56 with NP-R2 reticle and MOA turrets. First time out with the new barrel and it's shooting just under half moa at 300, and I will be refining some loads to make it better.

In the front is my comp gun in 260 Rem. It is a Surgeon 591 action in a brand new Rock Solid Stock (RSS) from Todd Reynolds. The stock is CNC machined from 1 solid piece of aluminum and is freakin' awesome! The barrel is a Bartlein 23" to 24" that has recently been set back from 27" after 2600 rounds, with a Tubb brake. It wears a Nightforce 5.5-22x56 with MLR reticle and mil turrets. After the barrel set back, it's shooting a little better than 1/3 moa at 300.

I'm not sure what the wait time is, but that one is already set aside for my rifle.

I shot one and Sunday and really liked it. My AICS seemed good for prone shooting, but I feel I can do more positional shooting w/ this set up. I like the open magwell also. Seems easy for mag changes. That and the stock has a ton of flush cups! I can't wait to get it.

Chad, I shot Jason's Rock Stock. I liked the feel. He has an AFG and a MAID magpul grip on it. It felt great.

Also, here's a 6 shot group from the 260 Rem when I switched over the 130 VLD's. This was shot at 415 yards. Center to center, it's just under 1 1/4".

I am honestly not sure. I know Todd would know. Give him a ring. He had a few stocks available, and had more on order with his CNC shop to make more. It truely is an awesome stock. He has gone through many prototypes and models to get where he's at now.

Man I would love one of those AICS stocks, but they are a little rich for my blood! Im thinking B&C stock, Harris bipod, not sure on a scope yet but I know nightforce and the like are out of the question.

My goal is to build a good looking and performing rifle for <$2000.

300 Jarrett w/ Vortex Viper HS 4-16x44. Built on a Remy action, muzzel brake & Jewell trigger set @ 1.5 lbs.. Shoots Nosler 150 gr. combined technologies a tad over 3700 fps. Its a serious tack driver!!

If you add the cost of detachable bottom metal, and the fact that an AICS does not need bedding, it's more than a fair price.

Manners w/ MCS will cost about the same.

Started life as a Savage Model 10 flcp-k in .308 Win. Swapped out to a McMillan A-5 and the bottom metal to CDI with AI mags.

This is pre-paint job. Black is always in fashion but it doesn't blend in well.

This is post paint job. Not very close-up of the rifle, but you get the idea.
