All I can say is that I'm actually going to try and save all my money so that I never have to buy store bought beef again! Elk will spoil you from Beef forever!

Vicinity in west Texas you took her? About 10 miles south of Van Horn Texas. I think I know the place. Best tasting elk I have brought to the house came from there. Howard's place?

Freezer now has nothing in it but Elk and Venison. Hope we can make it last!
