It's not much of a start but I am excited. I hope for a completion date sometime mid Feb. 30x70 with a 20x12 reloading/gun room. I'm putting in a full bathroom and a mini kitchen. More pics to come.

Awesome, you will loooovvvvvveeeeeee it when it is done. I had one built,24x36, with a 10x15 front porch on the side, its a lot smaller than yours, but it is great. Had pipes put in concrete for bathroom but havent finished it yet. Gonna get wire run and lights in first. My wife can't get me out of mine, lol! Good luck with your project!

Congrats, but forget the bathroom. In put one in my mancave, and I swear every guy that comes over for poker or whatever...pees in the yard...go figure.

Sniff, I want a Man Cave....Sniff Sniff.

I regret not having an external sink in the shop for washing greasy hands....... consider it if the bathroom/kitchen backs up to the inside wall; hate to have to open doors and such with nasty hands; or bring nasty items in to wash them; a 100 dollar shop sink/faucet would have been wise.

X2 I have one in my shop and they are nice but the best thing is I put up an outside shower head for the summers and when you are just nasty from working outside.... Built a nice panel fence around it for privacy but nothing better than getting clean outside and making momma happy not bringing in all the crap from the outside.....

I agree, peein in yard is the norm. But I don't like hittin my buddies' turds with the mower, the bathroom is for those situations, lol!! Just sayin...
