I've called several on here who have posted oryx hunts for sale. Never received a call (left phone number) or PM (when they didn't leave a number).
Yea, I'm a 'greenhorn' on THF but have many many posts under 2Cool, AccurateReloading, etc.
I've hunted from Africa to Alaska and dealt with many guys selling hunts.
This has been by far the worst I've ever seen any kind of customer service by guys wanting to sell something.
I know it's a hot commodity now. But at least return your calls when you say you will.
Sorry to make such a bad impression on here for a 'green' guy but I just had to get it off my back. Something tells me that more here feel the same sentiment.

hmm, I guess its who you called, I delt with many people on here and most seem to be great guys. Even when they were busy they told me they would call me back and they did in a fair time frame. Hope you have a better turn out and find a hunt

I can tell you that CP Wade at Porter's Exotics and Danny at DP Hunting Ranch will call you back! So will many others, but these are two I have talked with several times. Ricky Hunt is real good too! Oh yea, Jorge has answered too! Good Luck!

Sorry about your luck.
I will say this, I get over 60 calls a day on guys wanting to buy hay, an sometimes its hard to get them all called back in several days, we just do the best we can. It also depends on who you call, so good luck to you.

I know I have made every effort to call or respond to any inquiries whether it be phone email or PM. One thing I can say in defense to some outfitters is that a lot of times we are in the field and away from civil stun and Internet or phone device. I know it's not the best excuse but it does happen. If they don't call you back after several days then I'd be upset too. Sorry you've gotten a bad taste in your mouth from it all. Just keep plugging bud.

Sorry about your bad experience and just like what the others have said sometimes it gets hectic. I go out of town for 3, 4, even 5 days at a time guiding hunts and cant return calls until I get back but I do return them right when I do. If they have not called you back after 3 or 4 days then best to move on.

I called a few guys about shooting an oryx,never got a still call back and called one guy like 8 times when I was down in three rivers cause I was in his area . And hell I called a guy on here to buy an 10,000$ markhor goat..... never got a call back from that. With saying that I have a guy I would hunt with . Give him a call 7135013756,if he doesn't answer leave him a vmail cause I know hell call you back. He goes to school and works .
