I forgot to mention RG's in Denton. They are great! Thick cut steak fries and good burgers. They delivered too, hubby and I ordered from there often when we lived in Denton.
I had problems with soggy fries at Denton County Hamburgers a few times. For a place to be good, to me, means they are also consistent.
If it looks good, eat it.
Rocks are cool, also kittens.

Robert
If an In and Out burger is the best you have ever had, then you have been severly deprived of the joys of eating a Real Burger! I heard all of the hoopla and took my family there, my 12 & 14 year olds were not even impressed. So this Texan is OUT on the In & Out what ever burgers!

Burgerland on N. Main St. in Paris.........up to eight patties thick (the Octoburger) if you so desire. Simply the best burgers anywhere.

THE BEST CHEESEBURGER IN TEXAS CAME FROM CLIFORNIA ITS CALLED IN-N-OUT...DOUBLE DOUBLE ANIMAL STYLE!!! My 9 year old had been dying to go to this place so I gave in this Saturday. That place SUCKS! Whataburger has nothing to worry about with these guys. Their burgers are the size of a McDonald's dollar menu burger. Their fries taste like they were a paste at some point prior to frying. I will NEVER go back. I really don't understand how this place has the following it does.

In Amarillo: Cowboy Gelato or Coyote Bluff are as good as it gets. I hit 5 Guys Burgers not long ago and it was decent.

In all these posts, no one mentioned Gardski's Loft in Lubbock. Of course we all know that "happiness is Lubbock, Texas in the read view mirror"!
