What do you have with 1000 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean?

A great start!

X2

From what I have seen alot of people especially those that are new to hunting really show little or no respect for bows, broadheads, crossbows, knives or preaty much anything that doesnt go bang when you shoot it.

Sadly enough most of them are like teenagers and cars....they dont respect them until they learn the hardway.

I personally watched a man nearly loose his thumb tip with a crossbow that he hadnt owned for more than and hour.

We have what about 10% of the worlds population and 90% of the worlds lawyers. No wonder we are in a mess.

Not remember where I read that but liked it

Yes, it is absolutely a top of the line product. Very accurate, very repeatable. i know they incorporated in Ohio in 1994, but didn't know there was another name before that? Reading the CEO's comments on their home page doesn't sound that way either. Maybe you can bring me up to speed? up

...and I may be one of the few on here that knows where Wells, Texas is... grin

I love my Barnett crossbow and all of its safety features, and the large print on the front of the box SAYING READ THE SAFETY MANUAL. The manufactures should not be liable for stupid.

That survey is very tempting, especially the questions about which body part was injured and contributing factors.

If it's a sales call, I start critiquing what they're doing wrong. Sure does turn pressure around on those pushy salespersons.

I once used a Barnett crossbow.

I shot it and it hit my thumb so I droppped it and it landed on my big toe and broke the toenail a little.

I missed several weeks of work and had to go to rehab because the drinking got really bad because I was so depressed and embarrassed from the incident. (Wow...can you say run on sentence?)

I have not been the same since. My family no longer respects me. I can't get a job because of the felony conviction I got wen I robbed the liquor store trying to drown my sorrows that were brought on by the use of a Barnett crossbow.

How much money do I get?

Thank you mister lawyer.

(I'm not greedy. I would be willing to settle for less than $5 million)

I was part of a class action lawsuit against ebay. I still don't why or how I was included, but the lawsuit was settled and I received my check from the Yingling V Ebay settlement fund last week. It was for .03 cents. happy3 I opted not to cash it.

The original post is from "Barnettterror" and he has one post to his name as a greenhorn.

Methinks this is a lawyer on a sniffing expedition for a class action lawsuit.

If so, I would like to file a lawsuit on behalf of all crossbow hunters who missed their intended
target either by, "the shakes", poor distance judgement, buck fever, and any other malady which
prevented them from hitting their target.

This is a serious problem that must be addressed through litigation. We have to stand up
for our "rights" as litigants and poor crossbow shooters! The manufacturers are
preventing us poor crossbow hunters from hitting our target!....Who is with me!?

PS...I'm just kidding of course. hammer roflmao banana
