Here are the pics of my buddy Kevin and Highbrows. I took a couple of pics of the hole in the antler. No doubt someone tried a front on neckshot, my guess while using a spotlight. Shot high and nearly ruined a perfect rack. Looked to be a small bore rifle.
Enjoy

Man that is an awesome deer!!! Still hate it that you weren't the one, but at least it was your buddy and not that poacher.

165 6/8 Green Score

Kevin stopped by this evening and let me put my hands on High Brows rack. Dang nice buck but not nearly as big as he seemed when he walked out beside my popup at 18 yards. When your at ground level they just look bigger, nice buck for sure. Taxidermist aged him at 5 1/2, field dressed around 125 lbs so not a big bodied deer which only made that rack look bigger.

We already have pics of him, same curved eye guard but he busted one off. If he grows 20" next year like HB did he will be a good one for sure.
The next day after HB was taken one of our hunters shot a perfect 3 1/2 10pt 130", taken out of frustration I believe. Sucks cause thats our next 160" deer in two years.
Needless to say we will continue to make lots of the Rack Daddy Minerals available to these guys in the years to come.
Good Hunting Everyone, I will be headed back to KS late next week if the snow holds off.

130" 10 pt

Thanks for the pictures. You would have thought that would have blown off his whole antler. Makes for a good story.
