OK man it was absolutely mouth watering delicious! Here we go.

Take two rump roast's out of the hind quarter's on the deer!

1 bag of little carrot's and 3 potatoes!

peel and cut potatoes and mix in with carrot's!

Put two roast's into fairly large pot and mix in a bit of black pepper, salt, seasoned salt, onion powder, and cover with water!

Cook for 2+ hour's covered at a mild boil!
After 2 and a half hours of boiling I strained the old water out and Re-seasoned with the above stuff and added the carrot's, potatoes, and a Beef stew mix then fill back up with water!

Cook for 1+ hour until potatoes are nice and soft.

Once potatoes are soft make a brown gravy mix! (I made it with this one but it really doesn't even need it)

Once gravy is ready, Pull the roast and fixin' out into a serving bowl or serv out of the pot, it's ready!

And the end result to a great stew! The girlfriend and kid even hammered down on it and they still don't know it was deer meat! smile

Man if it was horrible I would post badly about it and warn you to save your deer meat,,,, but I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THIS MEAL. I give it a 100,000,000 on the stew scale!

Actually started it in the crockpot but I got a late start on it for it to be slow cooked. Slow cooker is for over night or all day cookin' I only had about 4 hour's cause I didn't get it started until 2:30pm and dinner was at 7:00pm so. Next time I will slow cook it in the crock pot maybe. Gonna be hard to beat it the way it was though.
