Had the same thing 2 years ago on my place - buck was hung up on a fence and the yotes had just about finished him off when I found him. Would be an awful way to go.

That's a smart deer. Antler camo. I just hope his genetics don't pass on. There won't be a safe round bale of hay left in Texas!

If he weren't a deer, he would be able to go into the Army now.

My brother-in-law killed a buck in San Saba county this weekend that had the same thing. Hay twine wrapped all in its rack! Named it Rag Head.

He's getting ready for Mardis Gras.

Hope he doesn't get hung up making a rub. I had a longhorn with this problem!

I saw a buck in my backyard with the same type of baling twine in his horns. Thought is was funny at first until one morning he and another buck were fighting. The second deers horns got caught up in the twine and the fight was on...they fought and rolled around for about 20 minutes with the larger buck pulling the smaller one around on the ground in circles trying to get apart...finally somehow they got separated. I thought they were going to both end up dead from that fight.
Baling twine can be deadly to wildlife!!!

I think you should name that deer Liberachi or Little Richard.

Saw a deer Sunday before church at Country Estates in San Marcos sporting a string of Christmas lights. Guess it really is coming early this year if the deer are into too.

Looks like he's trying to level the playing field hiding his horns with his own version of camo !
