How tall were the tines on the Cottle Co. Pic? All of those were some brutes... They were right at 12", 11", & 7" on both sides. He only had 1.5" of deductions. Right place at the right time, I got pretty lucky......

Another Jim Hogg (cull) LP what was this buck shot with to leave a crop circle of blood like that? That was with my Browning A-bolt II Composite Stalker .270 Win using Hornady Light Magnum 140g BTSP, 225 yards. Bullet whent through left shoulder and exited just rear of right shoulder. Blew it's heart up and left a baseball sized exit wound. The buck whirled in a circle, pumping out as he did. He hit the ground died right there, as pictured. Never seen anything like it before. I was thinking he was shot by an alien of some sort. Never seen that before. That trail has the makings of Aggie joke.

Walker County both deer. Mount is my first buck ever. Cam pic is a sneaky one that is first on this year's list.

OK, you can mark Scurry County off of the list. I've also got deer from Bosque and Coryell, but they're common and I figure someone else can pick them up.
Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.

Sometimes I wonder if it will get to the point you bring an attorney with you out hunting.

This is where we stand so far. So lets keep them coming. I would just go ahead and cross out Galveston CO. i think there a few of them down on the coast that have no deer season

You can scratch off Maverick, La Salle, Kent and Stonewall Counties as I posted in this post below. Highlighted in red. This is where we stand so far. So lets keep them coming. Bandera Kendall Colorado Amongst all of these mounts are Bandera, La Salle, Maverick, Live Oak, Medina, Kent, Stonewall, Colorado, Kendall, Pecos, and Shackleford
