Mels Burgers in Copperas Cove or the Storms Special from Storm's. Storm's is my hunting stop because you can call ahead and they'll have your burgers ready when you get there.

Had a great burger for lunch today, Bacon & Friends in Mesquite. Pretty darn good.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

Phil-
My "main man", Zach is twelve and he's starting to slow down a bit. I guess he'll supervise this year.
We brought in a a little liver and white male yesterday that we worked with last year (owner is having some health issues and had to place him). We are excited about him...he displayed a lot of potential.
You gotta love Bill; he's a super guy and loves fun. Somebody has to pick on him. Yep, gotta love Bill and pick on him. Gonna see Chuck Duran Sunday at snake training in Katy. Sorry try a burger at Texas Taco in Stafford, good and greasy, good fries too Just picked up a GWP in louisiana. May be looking for hints. way different from my pointers, much quietter and softer. Normal? Phil

Ed's place, Taylor, TX makes a mean double meat double cheese, and the Works burger from the Tap Room in San Marcos is pretty legit.
@CSF- that What a burger with the toasted buns is good for a fast food chain.

I stop there after every gun show in mesquite Adair's is good, not doubt. Ate many a late night burger and nachos when I lived on Main street. BUT that said I would not consider them any where near the best.... Try Angry Dog, or Twisted Root on the same end of Commerce, both are loads better.
