Po Boys in Merit Tx still charges $70.00 for regular processing with free tenderizing. My deer was great. They were great Can call them at 903-776-2303.. They are open 24 hours for drop off for the hunters that come in late.

J & J Deer Processing Graford, Texas I have to STRONGLY disagree. Hair in the meat, very little meat returned, over-priced, dirty environment. Took a pig there, about 100lbs, got back maybe 20 lbs. & had to pay $185!!! I was PO'd to say the least. We've taken probably 7 different animals there & none of us will EVER go back.

The Chopping Block in Whitewright, TX. Times are tough for many of us, so at The Chopping Block, we have a customer referral program that can Save You Money! Here's how it works: For every new customer you send us, as long as they give us your name when they come in with an animal, you get 10% off your next order. So for example, if you send us 5 new customers who have never been with us before, you'll get 50% off your next order! **Just announced - we will offer a 10% discount for all THF Members on the processing charge. Just mention that you are a THF Member when you come in so we can make a note of it. Our cooler is open 24 hours, so you can drop your deer or wild hog by anytime. We make jerky, and a variety of fresh and smoked sausages. Check us out at www.thechopblock.com where our motto is Your Meat, Your Way We look forward to serving you. Thanks!

If you're in the Runnels county area, try Twisted Willow Processing. Formerly Windy Top Processing (in business for the last 10 yrs). Located 10 miles west of Ballinger on SH 158. Basic processing is $75.00 plus we offer link, smoked ready to eat, pan and summer sausages, jerky, bacon wrapped medallions, seasoned roasts and backstraps, precooked chili, frozen casseroles, pies and chili seasoning. You WILL get YOUR deer back. Ron
