Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, b/c they know not victory nor defeat"- #26 TR

I slime the tires of every ranch vehicle.
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Dont even think about it... for the little extra life you might get out of that tire you could have repaired it or replaced it... if you have them repaired by a tire man they will generally get pissed and chunk them any way when they pop it of the rim if its full of that slime. Use it only in emergency situations with moderation IMHO

not at all of a fan of slime Ive driven 4wheelers, rangers, jeep ect in sticker infested west texas day after day after day for many years and I have slimed tires and seen slime squirting out of needle holes you can barely budge a reaper through with all your might then again ive seen it temporarly fix a 6 inch slice. My opinion is emergency or temp use only i think it looses it's sealing strength over time and it's suck a mess if you have to dismount ever!

Seen slime fix a 6 inch slice in a tire, yet it wont fix pin holes... I dont even think duct tape and garilla glue could fix a complete 6 inch cut Slime has worked wonders for front tractor tires for us, they will still slowly loose a little air if you dont drive it every day, but it sits for a month sometimes and they are never even close to flat. Its not going to fix running over an ax, but thorns yeah, it will do that. matt
