Looking for 2 hunters to fill lease this is a 700 ac lease in Eden Texas conch county which is a 5 deer county there are 4 guns on this lease already the cost is 1550.00 per gun with a 50.00 elect charge if you have a travel trailer there are water and elect on site No guest are allowed but kids and wives are welcome they must hunt off paid hunters tags if interested you can call me at 469-441-8180 cell

Passthru this is our first year on here but the landowner had told us that they took 3 - 8 pts 1 - 9 pt & some does last year that's all I know beside a few turkey & a bobcat. The landowner said he has seen coyotes coons bobcats foxes by the water sources & of course the rattle snake
