High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

My local Academy, in South Austin, matched Dick's price of $6.98 per #40 bag. They called to verify price. Nice folks. yeah - hard to beat Academy's customer service (especially return policy). Glad its working out for everyone around here.

Dick's Sporting Goods in Hurst was $6.98 (40#) 7/28/11
Walmart in Azle is $8.37 (40#) 7/29/11 but they matched Dick's price @ $6.98.
Saved $1.38 a bag and didn't have to fight the Hurst traffic.

Saved $1.38 a bag and didn't have to fight the Hurst traffic. I was at that WalMart (Azle)Friday, they said they wouldn't have corn for a few weeks to a month?? They get some in early?? Double K feed on hwy 199 South of Springtown has 50# for $10.25 Springtown Feed is I believe close to $11 50# (Aflatoxin tested)

Mumme's headquarters is in Hondo, TX right on US90 at TX173. They also have 2 branch stores: 1 in San Antonio on US281 North about 1 mile past stone oak parkway and the other in Rio Medina Near the intersection of FM471 and FM 1957 between Castroville and Medina Lake.

I just snagged 8600 lbs straight from the combine for $1000. I guess that works out to $4.30 per 50. The kernels are kinda small, but its surprisingly clean.
Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.
