I'm kinda new to the forum and just wanted to see how many duck hunters I had close by, say hi, and make some friends or even enemies . I'm 26 I've been In Tyler, Chapel Hill, Whitehouse my whole life and recently bought a place in Bullard. I hunt on some private land outside longview. Sometimes hit the area lakes but not often since I don't have a boat....yet. Anyway if you live or hunt anywhere close Introduce yourself, and tell me all your hunting spots!! Just kidding

The only Jimmys I've been to is Jimmys Ice House in Houston, which one are you talkin about? Banita is key on wednesday nights

I'm east of Dallas by 20 miles...guess that counts. First duck season in TX will be this year. Looking forward to it!

The only Jimmys I've been to is Jimmys Ice House in Houston, which one are you talkin about? Banita is key on wednesday nights Banita is good, Kevin runs a nice place and brings in good entertainment. Jimmy's is outside of Lufkin/Hudson on hwy 94 @ the river bridge...there's always a slough of folks that come from Nac out there when the bars in Nac and Lufkin start shutting down.

I'm also 26. But from Mineola and live in Dallas. I'm currently fixing up a boat for duck season next year but mainly do walk-in hunts in ETX and the ArkLaTex. How long y'all been around 903?

I'm 30 and hunt on the trinity/lake Livingston around Livingston, Huntsville, and Crockett but with as dry as its been most of my good spots are non existent so far.

i know went to mine last weekend and it was damm near dry. But seen a mallard drake sittin on a stump so that was nice

If water levels come up about 3' right around early teal it'll do a lot of good

I used to be 26 yrs old too about 14 years ago. Its dry, dry, dry. Hard to even vaguely think about duck season. I could play lawn darts everywhere I usually hunt. I live in Lufkin and usually hunt Toledo Bend.

I'm truly sorry everyone else is having rain trouble....Iv been there. HOWEVER...I was out on my property Saturday and my 4 tanks are only 3 INCHES low.
