Their charging that much for their top line model just like every other bow maker. As for hoyt being accurate i believe they are just that. Like i said before bows that are super fast aren’t as accurate...just like bullet ballistics, some 3500 feet per second bullet might be a 1.5 inch group but you back off the powder a little and get it down to 3000-3200 then your groups might be under 1 inch...Hoyt is a quality bow and that’s that.

If Mathews, BlowTech, PSE, and everyone else made a bow like the Carbon Element and the Carbon Matrix they would charge that much too. I am sure the engineering wasnt cheap to make a bow with risers like that.

I would have to argue that too many other things come in to play to state that one brand of bow is more accurate than another. I also have to say that none of the other bow manufacturers have a bow priced nearly that high. I understand that they probably spent a lot on research. I would just have to say it was a waste of money for what they got.

That is true... I can't say Hoyt makes a bad bow. I just can't get over the fact that they are charging $1500 for those new models!!! The only advantage to them that I see is that they weigh 1 pound less than others... I agree that price is crazy but they are charging that because of how much it costs them to make them and the research that led up to that design. I think they are pretty sick bows! Idk about 1500$ worth though.

They are good enough I would be shooting one right now if I had the extra money.

None of them are worth it really. If you are going to buy it, shoot it one or two years and buy the next latest and greatest I don't see it. You keep it and shoot it 5 years and you start getting your moneys worth.

So if you could get a bow that is as dependable than a Hoyt and it shot faster than a Hoyt and it cost $500 less than a Hoyt, you would still buy a Hoyt??? X2 Bowtech all the way
