It's just funny to me how people against HF say that the people for it need to understand their side. It goes 2 ways lol

I can see both sides and don't have an issue with HF. I'm inside a 600 acres HF all the time where the deer are much less predictable and harder to find than they are on the LF portion I hunt.

Tie it up so I don't have to walk too far or wait too long on it.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

What if you buy a big LF place but then all 4 of your neighbors up and high fence their places. What are you to do?

Celebrate? That HF costs about $10 per linear foot and you got it for free.

Thank them, they improved your property value, and you no longer have to worry about losing cattle or gaining a crappy bull from your neighbor

Trying to grasp this, so you only have access to your land by 1 gate at the end of a road for this to happen?

Or a deeded easement road to that one gate. Lot of ranches have only a gate at the end of a dead end road also. Best ranch to own without any HWY frontage IMO.

Had you given her a chance to get drawn and she got lucky, she might have forgiven you.

OTC is great, but I'm kinda partial to the limited draw units to cut down on traffic.

First of all.....I'm not your "bro".

Second.....this was not meant to stir the pot. It was something I was genuinely curious about. So far, everyone in this post has been civil and stuck to their manners.....so I don't see a problem.

Feel free to move along....and not read any threads I might post on "this junk".

Thanks.

I sit back and laugh at this HF LF. I would like to know how many of these low fence only hunters fish also? Do they fish in a tank or does it have to be a lake. Most people won't hunt a hf because they flat don't want to pay the money. Now if your talking canned hunt I understand the complete lack of interest, but a high fenced hunt can be just as much a hunt as a low fence hunt. The trophy is in eye of the beholder. People will hunt where they can afford. Most hunters want to harvest as big of animal that they can. I say hunt where you can afford and hunt as often as you can and enjoy every second. High fence hunting is country club hunting and low fence hunting is hunting for everyone.Go hunting and have fun.

All you do is stir the pot with these kinda threads. You are just helping em divide us up BRO! You said in your first post that you figured it would cause an argument.
