I have always liked venison burger meatballs. Ground, meat, chopped onion, bread tore apart,egg, spiced as you like .. Form meatballs.. cook in frypan with oil, put ina can of cream of muchroom soup (some milk and/or water too). Cover and simmers. turn meatballs as needed. Good with mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.

meaty beans

2 cups beans, 1 lb. ground venison.
cook beans with cavenders and garlic powder only until soft or done to liking, adding salt to taste at the last. Brown meat with same seasoning. mix together and let simmer covered for bout 30 mins.


you might want to wear tight socks next day!!!!!
