It would take a light light arrow to get 347 out of my omen. .
Depending on the arrow you are shooting 330 should be reasonably attainable unless you have a short draw length.

Im hoping to be there around 9ish. Should have a knee high blonde headed knucklehead with me. She will be the one pointing at all the mounted critters and telling me thats what she wants to shoot.

Brother, that is a little "quick" for that bow. Without bashing you the only way you going to get that speed it to shoot a 200 grain arrow and decrease your brace height by like 2 inches. I shoot a Mathews Monster 70#@30in fully rigged out for hunting. My arrows are 440 grains (GT Hunters) and I'm shooting in the 330's. I find it a little hard to believe that ur getting Monster speed out of that bow.

Can you even get an arrow/point combo that weighs 200 gr??? This sounds way "lite".

Your set up arrow would have to be in the 10 inch range with an 85 grain field point on it to be right around 200 grains.

I got it, accidentally shot crossbow bolts instead of arrows? Or perhaps Academys chrono is way out of sync.

Maybe that chrono was set up for centimeters per second instead of feet per second....??

That is prettybhard to beleive. Maybe you were mistaken and it was 247. No way it was shooting 347. That is way above ibo. Btw it will void your warranty to shoot an arro that is less than 5gr per pound. Which means you need to be shooting at least a 350gr arrow.

Congrats on your new rig! If your going to shoot fixed broadheads the slick tricks are worth a look. As far as getting your bow fine tuned and quiet you may want to visit a reputable pro shop.

hey man congrats on your new bow should be a great bow. I went to academy to have them set mine up too and those guys didnt know a thing about bows. Not that they are that bad where you are but when i cronoed my bow their crono machine was off. those guys probably dropped it messing around or have never calibrated.anyhow i would take it to a quality bow shop and have them look at it and redo everything, they will set you up right and make sure you are good to go.
