Fish in a bucket to me! Even if it is 5,000 acres it is not fare chase and makes me sick. With the exception of elderly or imobilized persons.

hf deer taste just as bad as lf deer, so i dont see how it is important where they are shot at.

A doe free range is worth more than a 200 class buck behind a fence any day. Id rather hunt free range and not shoot anything for several years then "HUNT" behind a fence. Hunting is more rewarding and is not about the kill, but about the hunt and animals giving you the slip. Thats fun.

What is so contradictory about people like you is that you constantly talk about the majesty of the hunt and the personal experience that it is. How it is about hunter vs animal... And then you go and judge other hunters when you have NOTHING to do with THEIR experience... Enjoy your personal experience... I don't begrudge you hunting the way you like. I like hunting public land too. I just really wish you would stop gut shooting elk... It takes them longer to die that way...

Shot out of tree stand quartering to him slightly at 10 yards. The entry hole is on the other side high and behind sholder. Lung liver exited arrow sticking in groud elk went 100 yards.

I think to each he's own.But myself I would rather harvest a 130" buck that made it past who knows how many Hunters,highways,County roads.ect....But that's Me.Good hunting to all.
