Sub-titles would be great!!
I agree, with the back ground music and all the whispering, some of us really have to struggle to here what their saying.

It's not Roger Raglin. This guy has his own show and also hunts with the Realtree guys. He's also on the Block Party TV commercial. I don't know why I can't think of his name. He usually hunts in a leafy camo suit and almost always says someting like "Oh my gosh, I just shot a huge whitetail" and he's panting and carrying on.
Another thing I wish more shows would do is show sub-titles when the hunter is whispering.
D. Blanton?
I'll tell you that one guy that has the most square head on his shoulders is Warren Strickland. That guy is a machine and loves everything he does. He is a very successful cardiologist and hunts all over the US. He is one that probably that does not need much sleep and is still operating at 100%. I am willing to bet he is a pilot and owns a plane possibly to get around and still be a doctor. Rule is no heart transplants in Alabama during the rut across the US so Oct to Jan are out!!

I finally saw him in a commercial on the Outdoor Channel. It's Tom Miranda.

How about the shows that down a kinda respectable deer and call it a real trophy? I know that they have to knock something down so they can sell the products. But they need to be realistic about the size.
I feel the same way about doing a fishing promo for a "hot new lure" on a managed, private place like Lakes of Danbury.
BTW, I'm not walking around in their shoes so can't really understand their challenges. I would hate to hunt with a cameraman and know that I would have to be successful to feed my family. Maybe that's why I suspect that they are hunting high fence places or places that I will never be able to afford. I suspect anybody that kills a trophy animal everytime he goes out. As a business man, I really don't relate to why they show African hunting shows when so very few people will ever be able to afford to go. Fantasizing? Maybe so.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

i was watching a monster bucks video, it might have been # 3, and the gang was down in south texas at the perlitz ranch.
everyone shoots a decent 140's class buck, but bob foulkrod arrows a damn near yearling buck, could't have been more than 2 1/2. scores about 110 and all he can say is "look at that, another nice buck down here at the perlitz".
wonder if got invited the next year?
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.
