I'm with you cbump & Daddycajun mine is free also DAV, but you would think they could give you the APH permit with that?????

Those of you that mailed the form for a lifetime license. How long did it take to receive it in the mail?

At the last moment I didn't mail mine... I figured this year all I needed was the hunting license and migratory stamp so I was only out about $36. I might not need the upland this year so no need for the lifetime then.
