It's Wigeon... dang man you made it harder to spell than it really is! Nice spreadsheet, I think I need one of those too... I have my data scribbled on a DU calendar.
Wasn't born in Texas, but I got there as fast as I could.

Pretty obvious that Gadwalls were the bulk of our early split success. Mallards historically have been a mid-December and later bird. Of the 85 ducks and geese harvested so far this season, the break down of retrieves by dawgs is: 35 Remi 44 Rusty 6 Guest dawgs

Very nicely done ya'll!!!!!! I think this for me is the first year I have ever hunted "EVERY" single day of the first split... Today...is the day I figure out all my totals, I know we shot consecutive limits every day this week...of 3 to 4 limits (in my group) Shot another 3 man limit yesterday to finish off the first split. For some warm weather everyone looks to have done pretty good! J.J.

111 ducks for my group, usually 3 hunters. 7 hunts, its been a decent first split for us but yesterday was awesome, easy three man limit, ducks decoyed great and saw more Mallards than we have seen in a while.

These are just my personal totals 1-American Wigeon 12-Blue-winged Teal 7-Gadwall 3-Green-winged Teal 1-Mallard 0-Mottled Duck 0-Redhead 2-Canvasback 1-Pintail 3-Shoveler 25-Wood Duck 2-Ringneck 1-Black Belly Whistling Ducks Geese 0-Canada Goose 0-Snow Goose 0-White-fronted Goose 58- TOTAL with mine and my hunting partner(my brother) totals, we shot just under 120 birds for just the us 2 .... overall we had a pretty good first split but we cant wait for the second half because thats when we usually shoot close to 100 a piece
I have found that diversity adds balance to things. And thats why i shoot a diversity of animals. so i can bring balance to my freezer
