Hey guys and/or gals!!! I have recently came across a young man that is need of a hunt! He was promised a hunt through a friend that basically was a sham and I would like to try to see if any of us can help him out! He is going by the screen name of "Pimpshark"!!! He hasn't hunted without his father and his dad has given up a lot of hunts because they couldn't hunt together! That's awesome in my book! So here is what I propose.... Can someone accommodate he and his father on a hunt where they can hunt together in the same stand??? I can only accommodate one of them, but not both! If any of you can lend a helping hand to this situation I'm sure it would be never forgotten and make a father and son very, very happy!!! Please feel free to PM "Pimpshark if you are able to help!!! @ Brother-In-Law.... I felt bad for not being able to accommodate he and his dad and realize how important their time is together. So I am asking for him. I know there are a lot of guys here like myself that love to help out and figured it would be a nice thing to do for them. I talked to him through PM and like I said, both he and his dad have always hunted together and that is their bonding time, much like my father and myself. Hunting brings you closer and lets you make long lasting memories that will be around long after we depart this world....

@ 214tat2guy.... I believe they are located in San Antonio, but I'm pretty sure for the chance to finally get to hunt this season, especially together then I'm sure they won't mind a little travel.....

One day I will have my own high fence and low fence property where I can be able to offer meat hunts, trophy hunts and bring in people from all over Texas to be able to give them a free chance to enjoy the passion, excitement, joy and accomplishment we all get from hunting, not to mention the memories. And they won't leave without a deer or hog, lol. That is my dream and it will be a reality someday.... But until then I can only offer to bring 1 person to my lease as a guest and let them hunt at a chance for a deer or hog. That is the best I can do, lol. I offered for Pimpshark to come to my lease as a guest, but I can honestly say I admire him for not wanting to break the tradition of he and his father sharing their hunting memories together....After all, in the end what else do we have left but memories, right?

I would signup for this but the place I have a stand on that could accodimate 2, I just found out the owner does not have mineral rights on and a crew atarted moving equipment in on today to start drilling a well. So I doubt the hunting will be very good with that traffic the rest of the season

well guys, hunting to my father and me is a special bonding time. i would trade time in the field with my father for anything in the world because i know that he wont my on every trip in the future. i want as many great memories with him as i can get while he is here. i can only remember one time that he didnt take me on a trip, and that was to the kennedy ranch. it was a hunt of a lifetime for him and i wasnt going to keep him from hunting the biggest game ranch in texas for free. other than that, we have been side by side every trip since i can remember. this year we have no place to hunt, and were lied to about a trip. we shoot because deer taste good and not because horns look good. thanks guys.

well looks like ill be hunting soon. thanks to the great people here ill have the chance to fill my freezer this season and spend some time making great memories with my father. thank you deerslayer and hwy man!

just got off the phone with mike, and i know i wont get much sleep between now and the 11th. heck of a good guy and was ready to answer all the questions i had about the upcoming hunt. now i gotta get some time in at the range to make sure i dont blow a shot. i already have buck fever and im 2 weeks away from the hunt. TAHNKS EVERYONE and ill be sure to have pictures with a great storie after this.
