Doing all we can, not sure what went wrong clean shot nice kick from buck sounded solid hit, very little blood, and I mean very little the bullet obviously didn't exit, gave way plenty hrs before even starting to look, dog guy WANs to wait for 40% humidity either tonight or daylight tomorrow. I will do everythin in my power to try a recover if he is down. Deer is for sure in fifties. Right now just trying to keep her head up she hasn't been thru this as I and many others probably have.

Positive Thoughts, Positive Thoughts...... The Power of Positive Thinking.... Kacee aka Lil-Hammer, Remember when you was just a little bitty gurl, you wanted a big ole Deer rifle, but you got a baby bottle instead before bed... It's not zackly like that, but just think it is.... Remember, Positive Thoughts, Positive Thoughts......

I'm sure she is devistated. Tell her to keep her head up and we'll all keep our fingers crossed for her. We all know that if you hunt long enough it's gonna happen. Been there and done that just once but I still remember the feeling.

He's pretty protective of his back yard if I'm not around. I'm pulling for the tracking dog, I hope the dog gods smile on him favorably. Mike
