When ducks are working the spread, learn to use shadows and the reflections on the water to watch the birds instead of moving around and watching them. Ducks will notice movement faster than most people realize. Being still and patient will help produce better shots. Also set up with the sun at your back when possible and always remember ducks like to land into the wind.

Always pick up your trash, shotgun shells and even pick up others trash. Leave it cleaner than you found it. Seems many people never learned that these days.

Try not to fall forward...fall on your knees. And don't reach down to catch yourself. This will keep you dryer.
