Someone suggested on that thread to put a false blind on the fenceline to send a message!
Sure sounds familiar! I read the other post the other day too!!!

I have an Idiot neighbor who has a Blind on my fence. Last year he showed up opening day driving his car back and forth working on his blind at 4:30 pm. It used to drive me crazy. But when you think about it he's literally driving all the deer to me. So really your neighbor don't sound real bright either. He's probably not scent free. In fact probably got fresh deodorant, tooth paste, mouth wash, hair gel, Downy fabric softener, Deep woods off, breath mints, chewing gum, etc. What are his odds?

Is this his land or is he leasing it? If he is leasing it, then you could talk to the owner.
I had the same problem last year and I talked to the owner and he got the lease manager involved. Me, the owner and the lease manager all met at my lease and I carried them to where he was hunting and showed them the problem. The lease manager took care of it. He gave the guy the option of moving his stuff or get off the lease. It took him a while to move it but he finally moved it.

He's probably not scent free. In fact probably got fresh deodorant, tooth paste, mouth wash, hair gel, Downy fabric softener, Deep woods off, breath mints, chewing gum, etc. What are his odds? I do all of these things minus the hair gell, off, and breath mints, and im still a pretty darn successfull hunter both with a bow and a rifle. Back to the question at hand. Looks to me like you are hunting pretty close to the fence yourself, the argument could be made that you are pulling deer out of his brush, not him hunting your food plot. Is his place all brush and yours all cleared? How big are the two places in question? Have you ever talked to the man or are you just making assumptions? The world aint perfect and he has the right to hunt too. If i was your neighbor i would be more upset with your feeder being right next to my fence. matt

Ok so I know were all supposed to try and get along with the people that hunt next to us right? well what if that guy is just a complete TOOL BOX no hunting SOB?!?!?! Last year when it snowed after the season ended I was driving around the whole entire perimeter of where me and my buddy hunt, LOW AND BEHOLD and find that the a-hole next to me has set up some camo burlap and two buckets to sit on right on the fence line over looking where my tower stand sits....
How am I not supposed to be angered by this?!?!?! also during the season The guy and his son get out of the stand at ridiculous hours, DURING PRIME TIME!!! early in the morning!! Its a hassle and I really hate the fact that hes out there. So I guess here is what I want to ask, hes got a son, and I know that they will be out there youth season, but I think he might be to old now,and I know ill be out there bowhunting and I want to take hime down, so Im gonna call the game warden to try and bust him. Now does this make me a bad person? or selfish?? This guy is not a "true" hunter, I like to think of him as a "drugstore deer hunter".... Would anyone else do this if they were in my shoes??

He is likely shooting deer moving from the heavy cover/bedding area into the food plot. Maybe the deer are starting on his property and then coming over to feed. That would make them "his" deer before they jump the fence. +1 looks by your drawing hes huntng the cut , where the deer come out of his place to go to your place , where you put your food plot right next to fence.... also i my need to borrow your book HUNTING FOR DUMMIES, so that i might know when to get out of my stand....

Have you ever set on a bucket behind burlap?
He wont be there very often or very long at a time (he probably leaves during prime time because his butt is tired of sittin on a bucket!) Sounds to me like you are wound up too tight...relax he ain't hurtin your huntin.

(Didn't read all the responses).
BUT By your picture, it looks like you're in the wrong. You don't put your feeder against someones fence where bullets can easily cross over.
Again, by the picture, it looks like the guy is hunting his heavy brush area.
As far as the times he goes to his blind, It's his land, its up to him.

Probably should figure out how to work together and let everyone have fun. With that said I personally would not hunt near the fence line.

ok here is a decent visual I constructed on paint, CLEARLY he is not hunting HIS property, he is shooting over the fence. your mad he's hunting the fence line but you have a food plot and feeder right on the fence......by the looks of the drawing looks like your trying to pull deer out of his Heavy Heavy brush..... don't see any reason to be mad y'all are both hunting the fence line...

Didn't read all the responses, but from the looks of the drawing (if to scale) you have an enormous feeder.
My wife's only thing is it can't stare at her when she is eating or sleeping!

Looks like your shooting toward his land to me. Just cause he leaves before you doesnt mean he is a bad hunter, im 50 and i cant sit as long as i want anymore either. Talk to him or get over it.

Looks like your shooting toward his land to me. I gree. Our neighbors setup is almost identical to yours and it really kind've pizzes me off. I'm betting if you move your feeder to where youre not shooting into his property he just might move as well.
