I have 2 leases, one in Red River Co with 20 guys on 500 ac I pay $350 a year for. Most guys on that lease have been on it for 20 years and call it "beer camp" not deer camp. They just like to come out a few times a year to hang out and drink beer away from the wife.
Wow, that is a lot of guys on only 500 acres Ours is 9 guns including my son and I on 6,400 acres, $1,750 per gun.
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

570 this year but hope to find a better lease in the future , have paid as much as 2650

8 to 12 an acre is what ours are running, with one way less and one way more outside the norm

I pay $2950 for a West Texas Mule Deer lease on 60,000 acres with 8 guns.

I've paid $800 then $2000 now $1500. I just signed on my current lease last week and It looks like a keeper. Tons of activity, year round and 30 minutes from home.
