Talked to a guy at Bryant Feed Mills in Aledo - he said that they are not entering into any more contracts with feed stores for corn or soybeans. Has to do with the drought in Russia- all the farmers are looking to export their crop. He said expect prices to raise 20-30% in the next week for new deliveries.

I just ordered my Indian Corn. It will cost $.62 per 100 more this year, but well worth it!
I feed Indian Corn, the deer really seem to like it and stay at the feeder longer......and longer....!

Was just at Wulfs, in Center, on Saturday. 50lb bags are 4.99 Wolf Outdoors is having a sale 8-20-10 thru 24th.Corn 50 lb. bags 4 something a bag.

TSC sells both whole corn and deer corn - with different prices.
$4.99 for 50lbs for whole corn. What's the difference? Whole has cobs in it????? tax

Jefferson Tx feed was $8. for 50s and Marshal walmart has 40s for $4.47 Marshall walmart has gone up to $5.47 for 40s.

guys if any of you have a lease around stephenville, or travel thru there to get to your lease, where i work has the cheapest around.
its decent recleaned corn, bagged in brownwood, tx, 50# bags, $5.95 a bag. we are hoping to keep that price at least through deer season this year.

Seems that Wal-Marts, Attwoods, Academy's and others have varying prices, so it pays to shop around. I've seen prices at several Wal-Marts from $5.37 a bag to $6.49. One Academy had it for $5.99 for 50 lbs and another had it for $6.99. Go figure!

Wal Mart in Wichita Falls had 40# bags for $4.77 this past weekend. My buddy said 2 weeks ago they were .30 cheaper.
