my buddy has some mutt hog dogs. Pit, catahoula, and something else. They are still learning, but doing well so far. Ive seen one of them get a hold of a pig's snout and wouldn't let go for life. It took two of us to pry the dog off. Last weekend the dogs got on some pigs and we couldn't stay with the dogs due to terrain. Lost track of them around 1130pm and gave up the search at 4am. The dogs were found the next day with two dead piglets at the last spot we had been calling for the dogs. These dogs are mutts and were free.....but obviously they're smart and quick learners!

those are some big hogs, and ya pits are good dogs for hog hunting and pets and with the ankle bitting we had a moutain pit and she would bit the legs after our big catch dogs got em down idk why but thats how she would catch. and txaggie that is good thing that ya have to work on getting them to turn loose we have one ya have to put a stick in his mouth and pretty much choke him out. (it aint as bad as it sound)

No he's from New Jersey but he stays here in Nac with his grandparents and Uncle who hog hunt with dogs. We go to SFA together
