Fischers in Muenster is the bomb.. Only down side is the price, and they do not make Specialty sausage until the fist of the year. Kuby's makes it all season long!! Where is Kuby's?

I process my own and make pretty good Italian sausage out of deer, and good bacon from hog. Time to start dusting off the tools.

I use R&R or Dan's in Castroville, Texas when we are to busy to do our own. You get your deer back there.

It is the new butcher shop across from the village kitchen. The gas station you drop off and it goes to the graham area for processing.

Anyone know of a good meat processor within 50 miles of Ft Worth. I ususally do it my self, but am going elk hunting this year and want to have it done. I don't want half my meat to end up missing or for him to tell me the hind quarter was blown up or some crap like that.

Maxwells Smokehouse in Crosby, TX. Just minutes outside of Houston. Serving Harris, Chambers, Liberty and surrounding Counties. 24 hour drop off service is a nice touch...

Bluffdale processing is a great place as long as Kenny opens it back up. Not only drop off your deer but sit around the fire pit with a cold one in hand. Or go to the Greenwood. If not KUBY'S is the place to go.
