I shoot a FabArms Silver Lion in 12 ga. I have it choked with Briley chokes (light modified on the top and modified on the bottom) and I never change them for upland or waterfowl.

My ol' side-by-side has fixed Imp Mod (Left Barrel) and a full (Right Barrel) - it patterns well and kills doves (I rarely bring it out), but usually I use my 835 Ulti-mag with either an extended IC or a factory Mod. I use Rio game loads in 3 1/4 dram #7.5 shot and they seem to work really good in both guns...
Wasn't born in Texas, but I got there as fast as I could.
